Teenager shot during fight outside Six Flags in Arlington

The Arlington Police Department responded to multiple reports of a possible active shooter at Six Flags yesterday (Friday) evening at around 8:30pm.

Responding officers determined it was not an active shooter inside the park.

Detectives say a fight broke out between two teenagers near the entrance of the park. During the dispute, one of the teenagers shot the other. The teen’s injuries are described as non-life-threatening.

The teen suspect was arrested. Officers also arrested one other person.

Video from the park shows attendees fleeing after hearing the gunshot.
