The Arlington Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred this afternoon at the Artisan at Rush Creek apartment complex.
According to Arlington police, officers responded to the apartment complex around 1:30pm after there were reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, they located two teenage male shooting victims. They were both transported to a local trauma center, but pronounced deceased from their injuries.
A third teenager was also shot, but left the scene and got into a car. Officers found him and he too was transported to a hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Witnesses observed 1-2 other people flee the area.
Detectives think this may have started as a disturbance at a nearby business.
