At around 10:53am this morning, DPS Troopers and Plano Fire Rescue were dispatched to a major accident involving a motorcycle on the southbound Central Expressway (US-75) ramp to the President George Bush Turnpike.
Investigators say a 21-year-old motorcyclist was riding southbound on the highway and took the exit for the PGBT, but lost control and struck the concrete barrier on the flyover ramp.
DPS says the motorcyclist was transported to a local trauma center, but pronounced deceased.
The investigation is ongoing.
