At 2:34am this morning, Dallas Fire Rescue and Dallas County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a rollover accident in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 20 near Wheatland Road.
When deputies arrived, they located an overturned pickup truck. The driver had already been rushed to a nearby hospital, but pronounced deceased.
Investigators say the driver may have been ejected in the crash.
Two lanes of eastbound I20 were closed while crews investigated the scene.
