On Sunday, September 14th, at around 2:37am, Arlington Fire, Police, and EMS responded to a major accident in the 2600 block of W. Green Oaks Blvd near Arkansas Lane.
When officers arrived, they located a sedan in a drainage ditch. The 36-year-old driver had been ejected and was laying on the ground. He was transported to a local hospital, but pronounced deceased from his injuries.
Investigators believe the vehicle was northbound on Green Oaks Blvd when, for an unknown reason, the driver hit the center median, causing the car to roll multiple times and land in the ditch.
The investigation is ongoing.
