The Alvarado Police Department is investigating a murder that occurred on Thursday, November 14, 2024 around 1:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Trinity Park Trail.
Alvarado PD Officers responded to a call of gunshots in the 700 block of Trinity Park Trail. When they arrived, officers located a male with gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced deceased.
The Alvarado Police Department has one person of interest detained as of 9:30 p.m. on November 14, 2024.
Alvarado Police do not believe there is no further danger to the public in regards to this incident.
Criminal investigators are handling this investigation as is it an on-going investigation.
