At around 3:30pm this afternoon, Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office deputies were involved in a vehicle pursuit that ended at westbound I30 just west of Dalrock Rd.
It was reported that the suspect may have fired shots at deputies during the chase.
Deputies were subsequently involved in a shooting with the lone suspect, resulting in injuries to the suspect. No deputies were injured.
Detectives alongside the Texas Rangers are investigating this incident.
