Incident (Fort Worth)
Over the past few days, we have had several people asking about an incident at Boomer Jacks in north Fort Worth over the weekend. We emailed the spokesperson for FWPD and here is what she said:
“On Saturday, February 15, 2014, at about 8:50 p.m., FWPD patrol officers and a Fort Worth Fire Department unit were both dispatched on a Fire Call to 6701 Fossil Bluff Drive, Boomer Jacks Restaurant and Bar, where an device was used to cause a small explosion in the bar area. There were a couple of very minor injuries, but no one was transported or treated. Fort Worth Fire Department Arson will be handling this investigation.”
