Water Rescues (Garland)

Garland Fire and Police responding to vehicles stuck in high water and possible water rescues near Birchwood Drive and Northwest Highway as well as N Garland Ave and Kingsbridge Drive. *DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS OR ROADWAYS THAT HAVE BEEN BARRICADED*

Shooting (Southlake)

Southlake Police are investigating a shooting outside the Jared Jewelers store in the 100 block of Central Ave near FM 1709 (Southlake Blvd). Preliminary reports indicate a male shot a female while sitting in a vehicle, according to Southlake PD. Male has been arrested and the victim went to the hospital.

House Fire (Princeton)

Princeton FD is on scene with smoke showing from a house in the 300 block of Peachtree Lane. Reported fire in the attic. Lowry Crossing FD, Branch FD, and McKinney FD providing mutual aid. Collin County EMS also on scene.

House Fire (Dallas)

Battalion 7 is on scene with heavy fire showing from the attic of a one story house in the 6000 block of Gentle Knoll Lane. Working fire. Battalion 2, Engine 7, Engine 13, Engine 56, Plano Engine 5, Truck 10, Truck 20, and Rescue 20 all assigned.

Flooding (Hood County)

Public safety in Hood County is currently working multiple high water rescues across the county. Rescue boats have just been requested to Sunset Acres for water rescues. Several roadways are being closed. This storm with heavy rainfall is currently moving into Johnson County. Flooding is likely.
