Grass Fire (Johnson County)

Cleburne, Bono, and Godley FDs are on scene of a grass fire near the lime plant in the 15000 block of FM 1434. Command is requesting aerial assets from the Texas A&M Forest Service. Joshua FD is also responding with a civilian drone to assist with aerial recon. Johnson County Emergency Management reports 4 acre grass fire in difficult terrain.

Accident w/ Fire (Ellis County)

Waxahachie FD is on scene of a reported head-on collision between a vehicle and a semi truck on FM 1446 near the Magnablend facility and Lone Elm Road. Maypearl, Forreston, and ESD #6 personnel have all been requested to the scene. Dispatched as possible entrapment. The semi truck is on fire.

Update – Crews are now working a major grass fire at this scene

Auto Pedestrian (Burleson)

Crowley Quint 54 and MedStar have launched CareFlite to the scene of an auto pedestrian accident in the 2800 block Greenway Drive. Avoid this area.

Update – Serious injuries. CareFlite will be landing at the golf course.

Update – CareFlite is airlifting to Harris.

Accident w/ Entrapment (Ft Worth)

Engine 14, Rescue 14, MedStar and multiple FWPD units are working a major accident with entrapment on eastbound I30 just before I35W. MedStar reports serious injuries to one patient involved. All others non serious. Expect major delays in this area.

Update – Two transports: one to Harris, one to JPS.

Structure Fire (Ft Worth)

Fort Worth FD is on scene of a structure fire in the 1600 block of Hemphill Street just west of JPS. Reported fire showing from a 2 story structure. Engine 8, Engine 10, Engine 5, Engine 2, Engine 1, Battalion 1, Battalion 2, Truck 2, Truck 8, Safety 1, EMS 99, Utility 5 and investigator all assigned to this fire.

SWAT (Arlington)

Arlington PD has cleared a house in the 4100 block of Crestover Court with no subject located. Earlier today, APD received a domestic disturbance call at the listed location. According to that call, the suspect displayed a firearm and made threats towards the victim. The victim managed to get away from him and called police. Based upon the victim’s statement to APD, it was determined that the suspect may have been barricaded inside the residence. Just a few moments ago, SWAT made entry into the residence and no suspect was located. Officers will begin clearing the area.

Smoke Investigation (DWG)

Engine 43, Engine 243, Squad 43 and DWG PD are working a smoke investigation in the 2200 block of Michigan Ave. Moderate amount of smoke showing from a facility behind a commercial business in this area. Investigation is ongoing. Avoid this area.

Update – Units are clearing after about an hour on scene. No hazard
