Show your Rig #179 – Grand Prairie Police Traffic Division

Show your Rig #179 – Grand Prairie Police Traffic Division – The Grand Prairie Police Department has four of these repainted Crown Vics for traffic enforcement. Three are black and one is gray. The absence of an overhead lightbar, different… colors, and the subdued graphics make the units ideal for catching traffic violators when they least suspect it! The visibility of the subdued graphics vary, depending on the amount of available light. As you can see from the photo of the black one, the graphics really pop in direct sunlight. GPPD also have 5 fully marked Tahoes assigned to the Traffic Unit, as well as 8 Harley Davidson motorcycles. Thanks to Eric Hansen for the photos and the info. A2
