Engine 3 is on scene of a major accident in the 600 block of W. Pioneer Parkway and Matlock Road, requesting 2 additional ambulances and an additional fire unit. A total of three ambulances responding to this accident.

Battalion 1, Chief 3, Engine 2, Engine 3, Cleburne EMS, multiple CareFlite ground ambulances and law enforcement are working a major accident involving at least one semi truck and a vehicle at Hwy 67 and CR 1116. Possible head-on collision with reported entrapment. CareFlite air medical has been launched to the scene.

Update – Command requested a 2nd medical helicopter. Four ambulances are working this scene. Avoid 67 just south of Cleburne.

Update – Third helicopter requested.

Final update – All three CareFlite helicopters are off the scene. 2 airlifted to JPS and 1 to Harris. Head-on crash. Extended extrication.

About 4:15pm this evening Fort Worth FD was dispatched to a fire in the 1700 block of Eastchase Parkway just south of I30. Engine 7 was first on scene with a fire from a gas leak. MedStar responded for one person (civilian) with minor injuries. Responding FWFD units: Battalion 2, Battalion 4, Quint 24, Truck 14, Engine 7, Engine 27, Engine 14, Engine 4, Safety 1, EMS 99, Utility 6, Fort Worth PD and MedStar
  

McKinney FD is landing two medical helicopters in the area of the 700 block of N Church St for at least two burn victims. PHI has landed at the scene and CareFlite is inbound as the second helicopter. Avoid this area.

Update – CareFlite and PHI both airlifted to Parkland.

Southlake FD/EMS and PD are working a motorcycle accident on westbound 114 near White Chapel, reporting CPR is in progress on one patient. CareFlite unable to fly due to CPR in progress. Avoid this area and expect some delays if you are traveling through.

Forney FD, CareFlite ground EMS have launched CareFlite air to the scene of a reported motorcycle accident on 740 just south of I20 near the curve. CareFlite has been launched from Dallas.

Update – CareFlite was canceled. Fatality on scene.

Truck 41, Engine 27, Rescue 42, and law enforcement on scene of a major accident involving multiple vehicles northbound Dallas North Tollway near Northwest Highway. Rescue 42 reports a fatality on scene. Northbound DNT is closed.

Multiple law enforcement officers are on scene of an assist officer call at Old Decatur Rd and Meadowdale. Reports of at least two injured. MedStar ground transporting a suspect to local hospital with serious injuries. AVOID this area.

**Update** Two officers injured, but suffered non life threatening injuries. Suspect is dead.

Murphy PD, Richardson PD, and K-9 are searching for a missing person in the area of McMillen High School. There is an ongoing search with K-9 in the wooded area behind McMillen High School near the Murphy cemetery and Central Park. The child is described as an Asian female 17 years old 5 feet 3 inches, thin build and has a mole on the right side of her cheek. She was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt black leggings and black nike shoes. She was last seen in the area of Kimbrough Stadium. Edgecliff Village FD along with mutual aid departments are on scene of a structure fire in the 6400 block of Lawndale Drive. Chief 35 on scene with a fully involved structure fire. Mutual aid from Forest Hill, Crowley, River Oaks, Benbrook and Everman.
