Man killed in crash outside of Cleburne
Law enforcement is investigating a major accident that occurred earlier this afternoon on Highway 174 just south of Cleburne.
Multiple emergency responders were called to the scene around 1:30PM at the intersection of Main Street (Highway 174) near Old Foamy Road.
CareFlite was placed on standby for the patient, but was canceled.
One fatality has been confirmed at this time.
Lanes of the highway were closed while police investigated the accident. Investigators say the vehicle veered off the roadway and into a ditch, eventually overturning multiple times.
Update – The deceased has been identified as a 59-year-old male.
