Dallas County Sheriff’s deputies looking for driver involved in fatal hit and run
On Monday, April 22, 2024, at 2:35 am, Dallas County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Units were dispatched to a major accident on westbound I-20 at Cedar Ridge Road.
Deputies arrived at the location and found a man lying in the roadway. As deputies investigated the scene it appeared that a vehicle struck a motorcyclist.
The suspect vehicle did not stop to render aid to the victim, and there is no description. The suspect vehicle will have center front end damage and possibly damage to the windshield.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect vehicle.
