One person killed in reported road rage shooting, Fort Worth police say
At 6:40pm this evening, Fort Worth police responded to a shooting incident along the northbound lanes of E. Loop 820 near Meadowbrook Drive.
When emergency responders arrived, they located an unconscious person in a vehicle. Officers quickly determined the person had been shot.
MedStar EMS transported the victim to a local hospital. The victim was then pronounced deceased.
Investigators believe this shooting was a result of road rage. No suspect(s) have been taken into custody.
