Aircraft Down (Denton County)

Sanger FD and Denton County sheriffs are responding to an aircraft down near Waide Rd and Atcheson Rd in northwest Denton County. Unknown type of aircraft at this time. Additional information soon.

Update – Plane is torched. It caught fire. Conflicting information on the pilot. May have been airlifted to the hospital via a private civilian helicopter.

Major Accident (Frisco)

Battalion 2, Quint 7, Medic 7 on scene of a major accident, southbound FM 423 between Main St and Witt Rd. Major damage to two cars. Quint 7 has requested a 2nd ambulance. Little Elm FD Quint 622, Medic 622, Frisco FD Rescue 1, Truck 3, and Medic 4 all assigned. Quick extrication. Priority 1 injuries to one patient, CPR in progress.

Update – Little Elm Medic 622 ground transporting one to THR Plano. Frisco Medic 7 ground transporting one to Centennial Frisco, code 3 (lights/siren) major injuries

Accident w/ Multiple Patients (Ft Worth)

Engine 5, Engine 10, Engine 14, Rescue 14, multiple MedStar EMS units are FWPD are working a major accident with multiple patients on E Morningside Drive at I35W. Three ambulances assigned + an EMS supervisor. Reports of serious injuries to at least one patient. Approximately 10 minute extrication now complete.

Update – 3 transports: 2 to Harris, 1 to Cook Children’s
