Man killed in shooting at south Fort Worth home
On Monday, December 22, 2025, at approximately 2:25 p.m., officers from the Fort Worth Police Department’s South Division were called to a house located in the 7400 block of Snow Ridge Drive in reference to a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers learned that a man had been shot in the upper torso. He was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment, but succumbed to his injuries while being transported.
The suspect is not in custody at this time.
Homicide detectives responded to the scene and are actively investigating.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the official cause and manner of death.
At this time, evidence suggests this to be an isolated incident, and there is no known threat to the community.
