UPDATE: Plane crashes into McKinney house, seriously injuring two people

The McKinney Fire and Police Departments are still on scene of a serious crash involving a small airplane and a residential structure.
Crews were called to the scene just before 5:30pm on Black Bear Drive just west of the Aero Country Airport T-31. It is unknown if the airplane had taken off from or was landing at this airport.
A photo shared by McKinney fire officials show the airplane crashed into the rear of the two-story house.
Two occupants of the airplane were seriously injured and taken to the hospital. There conditions have not been disclosed. One EMS unit reported code 3 (lights/siren) to the hospital with additional personnel on board to assist with patient care. No one on the ground or inside the house was injured.
No additional details have been released by officials.
