Haltom City police looking for man who exposed himself to female teen and assaulted another
The Haltom City Police Department is investigating two accounts of a reported indecent exposure and assault by contact reportedly involving a male targeting teenage females.
Yesterday (Wednesday) at approximately 8:00AM, a 17-year-old female high school student was walking to school at Haltom High when she encountered a while male approximately 20-25 years of age near the intersection of Haltom Road and Northern Cross Blvd. The male said hello, she replied hello, and he continued walking. She continued to walk towards the school and encountered the same individual near High Pointe. As she walked, she noticed the male was indecently exposing himself to her while masturbating. She yelled at him, and he fled on foot through a nearby neighborhood.
Earlier this morning (Thursday) at approximately 7:23AM, a 16-year-old female high school student was walking towards Haltom High from Buffalo Ridge Park when a white male ran up and grabbed her breasts. The male ran westbound through a neighborhood.
Haltom City police believe this is the same male in both instances. He is described as a white male, 20-25 years of age, with brown hair, approximately 5’9″ tall. During the first incident, he was wearing a dark green jacket and black pants.
