I35 Southbound at Woodall Rodgers – Dallas Sheriff’s Department deputies and Dallas Fire Rescue are responding to a major accident involving a semi. Units advised the accident was a failure to ID (FLID). The second vehicle took off from the scene. Deputies are attempting to catch up to the vehicle. Right lane and shoulder are blocked. Use caution in the area.
