Major Accident w/ Fuel Spill (Frisco) Frisco, Plano, and The Colony units, including Plano HazMat, are working an accident involving a semi and vehicle. No reported major injuries, but large fuel spill. Accident will be on Spring Creek Pkwy near Hwy 121.
