Fatality Accident (Irving) At 8:06pm this evening, Irving PD reported a major accident at 1512 E Pioneer Drive. Engine 3 arrived to find a rollover accident next to a house. The incident required 1 Truck, 2 Engines, Rescue 6, 4 MICUs (ambulances) Battalion 1, and 520. A total of 23 IFD personnel. 3 patients transported. 2 to PMH and 1 to CMC. The ME (Medical Examiner) is currently on scene along with all of the equipment except for 3 MICUs. (Info from Irving Fire Dept)

Fatality Accident (Grand Prairie) GPPD advising of a fatality accident on EB I30 near Belt Line. Reported 18 wheeler vs vehicle with vehicle fire. Expect delays if you are traveling that way.

House Fire (Grapevine) Quint 4 on scene in the 4700 block of Glenbrook Drive with a two story brick residential structure with visible smoke and fire from the attic. Quint 4 has fast attack. Mutual aid responding from Euless. A2

Commercial Fire (Ft Worth) Engine 6 on scene in the 2500 block of Shamrock Avenue with a single story metal commercial building with heavy smoke showing. Engine 6 pulling a booster, Engine 1 laying a supply line. Battalion 2 has command. A2

2 Alarm Fire (Collin Co, Allen) Allen, Plano, and other FDs are working a 2 alarm structure fire in the 800 blk of Rolling Ridge Drive.

13900 Lasater Rd. – Dallas Fire Rescue (DFR) Engine 9 is on location of a fully involved vacant one story structure. Engine 9 and Battalion 8 have requested both Dallas County Fire Department tankers and a DFR Booster to the scene.

Fatality Motorcycle Accident (Arlington) Engine 15 is on scene with a motorcycle accident, fatality involved at New York and S Watson.

Rollover Accident (Johnson County) FD and EMS units are working an accident involving a vehicle rollover and two other vehicles on FM 917 near Cummings and Renfro Street. The accident involves an Ambulance. Non serious injuries being reported so far. A2

2000 Canyon St. – Dallas Fire Rescue Engine 15 is on location of a single story frame home with heavy smoke showing and fire in the rear. Additional units incoming.

Rollover Accident (Arlington/Grand Prairie) Arlington and Grand Prairie units are working a major accident on WB I20 near Great Southwest Pkwy and I20. PD quickly requested CareFlite, but canceled. Reported rollover with serious injuries.
