Irving – Two alarm structure fire 3400 West Rochelle. 2 story apartments with smoke showing on arrival.

Decatur FD, multiple Wise County EMS units including Rescue 1, and law enforcement are working a major accident involving several vehicles, 287 near CR 4228 south of Decatur. CareFlite has been launched.

Engine 2 is on scene requesting an immediate 2nd alarm at an apartment fire in the 1400 block of Elite Circle. Heavy smoke and fire showing on arrival. A1

This morning, multiple FD crews, Collin Co EMS, and law enforcement worked a major head-on collision accident requiring extrication on 2 vehicles at Hwy 78 and CR 558. Substantial damage to 2 vehicles with entrapment. PHI Med 2 and Air Evac were both requested and airlifted patients from the scene.

Just after 2:00am, Grand Prairie PD arrived on scene of a vehicle accident involving motorcycle on WB I-30 near Belt Line. Engine 2, Engine 4, Medic 78 were subsequently dispatched and air medical was placed on standby. FD advised fatality on scene and all westbound lanes of I-30 were closed (as of 11:10am, lanes are open). A1

Dallas Fire has transported several patients from the scene of an entrapment accident at Harry Hines and Market Center. DFR has 5 rescues assigned plus EMS Supervisor.
