Dallas PD is investigating multiple people shot at a shopping center in the 4500 block of Village Fair Drive near I35E and Ann Arbor. DPD advising 3 shot, 1 deceased.

All NB and SB lanes of Bowen Road are closed between Arbrook and Pleasant Ridge due to a major water line break. It is not known how long all lanes will be closed. 7:04pm

Irving FD/EMS, IPD are on scene of a reported rollover accident with possible entrapment at W. Rock Island Rd and Roy Orr Blvd.
