West 9th and Zang Blvd: Battalion 6 is on location with a 1 story house with quite a bit of fire showing from the front of the house. Engine 15 is making a quick attack.

Engine 22 is requesting an immediate 2nd alarm at an apartment fire in the 13500 block of Maham Road. Heavy smoke and fire thru the roof of a multi-story apartment building. Working fire. A1

Fort Worth FD, MedStar and FWPD are working a major accident SB I35W near Seminary Drive. According to reports, there is a deceased horse involved in the accident. Avoid this area.

Melissa, McKinney, Princeton, Anna, Westminster and Blue Ridge FDs are working a structure fire on CR 413. Fire and smoke showing through the roof of a 2 story house. Defensive fire ops. A1

Grand Prairie FD is working a house fire in the 5900 block of Crestview Drive. Heavy smoke showing from the garage upon arrival.

Engine 244, LifeCare EMS, PCSO and DPS are working a major accident with entrapment off Tip Top Road and W. El Camino Real. Vehicle into a tree with major damage. Reported one patient unresponsive.

Battalion 111 and other CFD, CPD units on scene of a major accident, requesting CareFlite and a second ambulance at Josey Lane north of Trinity Mills. CareFlite will be landing in the southbound lanes.

Carrollton Major Accident *Update – Carrollton PD is advising this accident was secondary to a police chase. Carrollton EMS Medic 113 is ground transporting one patient code 3 (light/siren) to Parkland with serious to critical injuries. Extrication is currently in progress on patient #2. CareFlite has just landed at the scene. Avoid Josey Lane between PGBT and Frankford Road. Accident involves at least 2 vehicles, one rollover and one into a retaining wall.

Chief 28, Engine 28, MedStar and PD on scene, major accident with reported entrapment at Highway 156 N near the viaduct overpass. Vehicle against a fence with occupant possibly trapped inside.

Azle Engine 52 on scene with at least 3 cars involved in a major accident with major damage on southbound FM 730 near Peden Road. Air Evac 68 was on standby, but disregarded. No major injuries.
