McKinney FD is battling a 2 alarm commercial structure fire near the intersection of N. Central Expressway and W. Virginia Street. Working fire at a large commercial building.

Liberty Chapel FD and CareFlite ground EMS have landed CareFlite 6 at the scene of a motorcycle accident, FM 2415 and FM 4. Reports indicate serious traumatic injuries.

Fort Worth FD, MedStar, and others have launched CareFlite air to the scene of a reported trauma injury from an industrial accident in the 15000 block of FAA Blvd. MedStar reports one person with major injuries.

Blue Ridge FD, Collin County EMS, and Collin County sheriffs are working a major accident with reported entrapment and possible ejection on Highway 121 near County Road 581. PHI Med 2 has been launched to the scene. Avoid 121 through this area.

PHI Med 2 has been disregarded, Collin County Medic 192 ground transporting.

Crandall FD, CareFlite ground EMS, and Kaufman County sheriffs deputies are working a motorcycle accident on FM 148 near the Talty Baptist Church, requesting launch of air medical. CareFlite 2 from Dallas is en route to the scene. Avoid this area.

CareFlite 2 off the scene headed for Methodist Dallas.

Quint 24, Engine 24, numerous MedStar units, and FWPD are all working a major accident on southbound 820 under the John T. White bridge. MedStar reports three patients at the scene, two with serious to critical injuries. Three MedStar ambulances and an EMS Supervisor all assigned. Avoid this area.

Battalion 6, Quint 35, Engine 11, Rescue 38, MedStar, and FWPD are all working a major accident involving a motorcycle on northbound I35W at the Alliance Blvd exit. All lanes blocked. Serious injuries reported.

Quint 35, Rescue 38, MedStar 31, and FWPD are working a major accident on northbound I35W near Eagle Parkway. MedStar 31 reports one yellow tag patient (serious injuries). CareFlite has been requested to the scene. Expect delays.

Cleburne FD, PD, and CareFlite ground EMS are clearing up a motorcycle accident on FM 4 at the curve near CR 1125. CareFlite 3 has arrived at Harris Methodist with a patient from this accident.

Eastbound I20 has been closed just east of SH 34 in Terrell due to a multiple vehicle accident including three fatalities. Expect a prolonged closure.
