 Ennis FD is on scene of a grass fire at 287 and I45. Alma VFD and Central High VFD are responding to assist. Multiple acre grass fire near the highway interchange.

Several Wise County FDs with assistance from Jack and Montague FDs are working a large grass fire near FM 2265 and CR 1787. Fire estimated at 100 acres. Texas A&M Forest Service requested.

Update – Latest estimated size is 200 acres.

Latest information from the Texas A&M Forest Service indicates the fire has scorched 800 acres with little to no containment. The fire started in the area of FM 2265 and CR 1787, eventually spreading southward threatening homes and other structures on CR 1770. Several FDs are still on scene working to contain the fire.

Update – Fire is 30% contained at last update.

3 Alarm Large Grass Fire (Parker Co.) – Parker Co FDs on scene of a large grass fire estimated at least 50 acres with 30-40 structures threatened. Fire is approaching White Settlement Rd. and Cattle Baron Rd. Command requesting PD assistance in evacuating the neighborhood near this location due to the approaching fire. Tarrant Co Fire units also enroute to assist. A3

Engine 3 is on scene with heavy fire showing from a commercial structure in the 4200 block of 14th Street. Reported to be at Republic Services. Fully involved large warehouse. Defensive Fire only.

Garrett VFD, Palmer VFD, Ennis FD, multiple Ellis County EMS units and several law enforcement on scene of a major accident impacting northbound and southbound I45 near the 255 mile marker just north of Ennis. Multiple patients to be transported from the scene. Also reports of one fatality at the scene. Extended road closure in this area. It’s best to choose another route.

All lanes of I30 are closed near 360 due to power lines down across the highway. Avoid!

Update – All lanes open 

Red Oak FD and Waxahachie FD are working a house fire in the 900 block of Bells Chapel Road. Heavy smoke showing on arrival. Successful quick attack. Fire is now out.

Frisco Quint 8, Medic 8, Plano Engine 10, multiple law enforcement, and others are on scene of a major accident involving a semi truck on westbound Sam Rayburn Tollway (121) between Custer and Independence. At least two patients with potentially serious injuries. Command has requested three ambulances to the scene. Reported to involved a jack-knifed 18 wheeled in the ditch.

Multiple FWPD units are on scene at Hulen Mall for reports of a very large fight. The mall is being evacuated. Reports that someone involved in the fight may be armed. Please avoid the Hulen Mall!

Accident with Extrication (Lewisville) 2400 Blk I-35E Northbound. – B160 in command with 1 vehicle flipped over in the median between service road and the highway near Round Grove Rd. One person pinned in the vehicle. T167 has extrication in progress. A3
