Trauma Injury (Parker County)

Spring Creek FD and Lifecare EMS are on scene of a reported ATV/off road vehicle crash with trauma injury at Horseshoe Bend. CareFlite was launched, but disregarded. Lifecare EMS is ground transporting a patient to Weatherford Regional with CPR in progress.

Smoke Investigation (Plano)

Plano Engine 13 is on scene at the Bank of America corporate building, 6400 Legacy Drive, investigating smoke inside the building. Reports of heavy smoke inside the multiple story office building. A full structure fire response has been requested to the scene including Battalion 1, Battalion 2, Engine 10, Engine 12, Engine 4, Engine 5, Engine 7, Engine 8, Engine 9, Medic 10, Medic 9, Squad 1, Truck 4, Truck 5, Truck 8, and Utility 12.

Update – Engine 13 found source of smoke and confirms the fire is out. Working to ventilate some of the smoke out and clearing units.

Major Accident (Waxahachie)

Waxahachie FD is on scene of a major accident, requesting three ambulances to the scene at northbound Highway 287 near Business 287 split. Dispatched as multiple vehicles involved. Reported to be in front of the Cowboy Church. Unknown severity of injuries.

Fatal Motorcycle Accident (Denton County)

Aubrey FD is on scene of a motorcycle accident at Highway 377 near Belew Road between Aubrey and Pilot Point. Dispatched as a possible hit and run crash involving a motorcycle. Air medical was on standby, but Aubrey FD reports two patients are deceased at the scene. Ambulances from Aubrey and Pilot Point have been disregarded. Requesting additional law enforcement personnel to the scene for traffic control. All lanes of Highway 377 are closed. Its best to avoid this area.

Accident w/ Fire (Arlington)

Multiple FD and Arlington and Fort Worth PD units have closed eastbound I30 near Fielder due to a major accident with vehicle on fire. Reported to be an 18 wheeler. FD units are staging. Major damage. Reported to be the end of a police chase. AVOID this area.

Structure Fire (Parker County)

Peaster FD Engine 46 is on scene with fire and smoke showing from a structure in the 800 block of Cornstubble Lane. FD reports possible lightning strike. Working fire declared. Engine 46 stretching a line and going to work. Poolville FD and Central-Community FD toned to assist.

House Fire (Ft Worth)

Engine 40 is on scene with heavy fire showing from a house in the 7800 block of Charter Oak Court. Battalion 3, Quint 13, Engine 15, Engine 41, Engine 25, and Safety 1 are all assigned to the working fire.

Update – Requesting a 2nd alarm to the scene. Battalion 2, Quint 12, Engine 12, Engine 34, Engine 6, Engine 32, Squad 2, EMS 99, Operations 2, and others are now en route to assist.
