Dallas Police are investigating a fatality accident in the 12300 block of E. Northwest Highway near Shiloh Road. It was dispatched just after 9:30pm this evening as a vehicle crash with person trapped inside of a burning vehicle. DPD reported a fatality on scene. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded with several units to assist with possible extrication and fire.
Joshua FD, Keene FD, Johnson County EMS (AMR), and multiple law enforcement are working a major accident on 917/Conveyor Drive near Trailwood Drive, just east of Joshua proper. Reported head on collision with major injuries. Avoid this area.
Battalion 4, Truck 14, Engine 3, and other FWFD units are working a house fire in the 3800 block of Millet Ave. Working fire. Engine 4, Engine 14, Engine 22 all assigned.
Maypearl FD is on scene of a working house fire in the 400 block of W. 5th Street. Ellis County ESD #6 dispatched to assist. Dispatched as a fully involved structure fire.
NRH Engine 223 is on scene with a grass fire in the 8800 block of Blvd 26. FD reports heavy fire in a wooded area near this location. Brush trucks are responding to assist. Expect smoke in the area.
CareFlite 1 is airlifting a patient to Cook Children’s from a reported auto pedestrian crash in Saginaw. Pediatric patient with critical injuries.
Venus FD and ESD St. 82 are on scene of a grass fire in the area of County Road 616 and Kelly Lane near the Homesteads. Reported to be around 5 acres in heavy fuel, moving into the trees. Brush 272 working to access the fire. Avoid this area.
Allen FD/EMS and PD are working a major accident on Highway 75 near Bethany Drive. Reported to be two large trucks involved and one on fire. Unknown injuries. Expect major delays throughout the day due to extended clean up. Find another route.
Multiple units are on scene of a large grass fire in the area of 300 Walden Road near Granbury Highway, south of Weatherford. Size is reported to be 50+ acres involved. Multiple mutual aid has been requested to the scene.
Update – The fire has escalated to at least 3 alarms. Multiple departments from Parker and Hood counties are on scene and/or responding to assist. Texas A&M Forest Service is also en route to help. Fire estimated at 200 acres.
Update – A brush truck has been lost in the fire. One firefighter has been taken to the hospital.
