Pilot Point FD is landing CareFlite at Pilot Point High School to airlift out a patient involved in a trauma / amputation injury. Incident occurred at a business in the 900 block of N. Highway 377. Patient was cut by a table saw. CareFlite is landing now at 2:13pm.
PHI Med 10 helicopter landed at Aubrey High School moments ago to airlift out a pediatric trauma injury. According to Aubrey FD, a pediatric was kicked in the head by a donkey. They used the high school parking lot as a landing zone (incident did not involve the school). PHI Med 10 is airlifting the patient into Dallas.
Engine 23, Truck 33 are on scene with heavy fire showing from a one story house in the 2700 block of Alaska Ave. Working fire declared. Battalion 6 has command. Battalion 5, Engine 25, Engine 33, Engine 46, Truck 23 all assigned.
Arlington Fire, EMS, and Police responded to a drowning incident this afternoon at a residence in the 7400 block of Lakes End Drive. Emergency responders were called to the scene for a drowning/cardiac arrest of a child. EMS transported to Cook Children’s Hospital, but the pediatric patient died in the Emergency Room.
Mansfield FD units are working a vehicle and trailer fire at 845 S. Holland Road. Fully involved. Heavy dark smoke will be visible in this area.
Pantego and Arlington FDs are working a fire at a commercial facility near W Pioneer Parkway and Smith Barry Road. Interior crews have fire knocked down at this time.
Pilot Point Fire/EMS and law enforcement are on scene of a reported water rescue and possible drowning at a small pond off Mohon Lane southeast of Pilot Point. Reported at least one person unaccounted for. Lewisville’s Rescue 2 dive team is responding to assist. PHI Med 10 Helicopter is circling the pond for aerial assistance.
Truck 14 and Engine 14 are on scene with smoke showing from a house in the 1400 block of Hendricks Street. Battalion 2, Truck 1, Engine 2, Engine 4, Engine 5 all assigned.
Euless Police and Fire are on scene of a major accident, reported vehicle struck a pedestrian in the 300 block of W. Euless Blvd near Vine Street. Medic 553 is ground transporting a patient to Harris HEB. Critical patient with CPR in progress.
Fort Worth Fire, Police, and Medstar are on scene of a major accident on westbound 183 just before 360. Dispatched as a motorcycle that ran into the back of a vehicle. CPR in progress on one patient. Major delays.
