Fort Worth PD is investigating a reported pedestrian struck by a train near the intersection of S Ayers Ave and E Vickery Blvd. Investigation in progress. Avoid this area.

Battalion 9, Engine 43, and other units are working a fire at a storage facility in the 10300 block of Denton Drive. Smoke showing upon arrival.

Engine 57 and Truck 57 are on scene with heavy smoke and fire showing through the roof of a 3 story apartment building in the 11500 block of Audelia Road. Working to evacuate residents. Requesting a second alarm to the scene. Battalion 4 has command.

Update – Command has requested a 3rd alarm response to this fire.

Update – A total of seven (7) ambulances have been requested to the fire. Command working to confirm all firefighters are safely out of the building.

McKinney Fire and Police are working a major accident along westbound 380 involving a commercial truck that crashed through a structure. No major injuries reported.

Carrollton Fire and Police are working an 18 wheeler fire on southbound I35E Express lanes just south of Dickerson Parkway. All express lanes are blocked. Major delays in this area.

Rockwall Police and Fire/EMS are on scene of a major accident on westbound I30 just passed FM 740 / Ridge Road (exit 67). All lanes are closed and forced to exit FM 740 / Ridge Road. Major delays in this area.

Battalion 47, Engine 473, Engine 471, Engine 474, Watauga Quint 311, and Fort Worth Quint 9 are on scene of a fire at an apartment complex in the 4600 block of Fossil Vista Drive. Light smoke showing from a multi-story apartment building. Units working to locate the fire and knock it out. Working fire declared.

Multiple units are working a rollover accident on US-380 in front of the Baylor Emergency at Magnolia Blvd. Power outage also reported in this area. Unknown severity of injuries. Major delays both directions of 380. Avoid this area.

Mansfield FD is working a structure fire in the 2000 block of Lone Star Road. Reported to be fully involved. Defensive fire operations. Avoid this area.

Vehicle Accident with Entrapment (Lewisville) FM544 and 121 Tollway (Sam Rayburn) – E6 and M6 on scene with 2 vehicles major damage. Will need extrication on at least one victim. 3 to 4 vehicles involved including a semi truck. Additional 2 medics requested. A3
