Dallas County SO needs help finding red tow truck driver involved in crash

On Saturday, August 12, at 2:28 AM, Dallas County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Units were dispatched to eastbound Interstate 30 at 2nd Ave. regarding a major accident.
The initial accident was caused by a red tow truck that collided with a van, causing it to spin and face oncoming traffic, then fled the scene.
A Good Samaritan stopped to help, and while standing by the wrecked vehicle, an SUV collided with the van and the Good Samaritan. The victim was identified as a 25 years of age man. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The passenger of the van was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Dallas County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested the driver of the SUV, Irma Nelly Martinez-Leal, 33 years of age. The driver was charged with (1) Intoxication Manslaughter, (2) Intoxication Assault with Vehicle, and (3) Intoxication Assault with Vehicle.
