1 Alarm Fire (Keller) Delayed 20 Minutes – Quint 583, Battalion 58 arrived on scene in the 1600 Block of Highland Oaks Drive and advised of a two story residence with heavy smoke showing from the garage. A2

18 Wheeler Rollover (Wise Co) Wise County EMS Rescue 1 has requested AirEvac 68 to the scene of a major accident involving an 18 wheeler rollover on Hwy 287 near CR 4421. Wise County station 26 (east Wise Fire rescue) units assigned as well. A1

Structure Fire (Denton Co, Sanger) Sanger Fire is working a structure fire in the 300 blk of Marshall St. Fully engulfed.

Auto vs. Bicycle (Arlington) AFD/EMS working an auto vs. bicycle on Pioneer near 360. PHI Med 8 was requested to launch, but disregarded.

Snake Bite (Alvarado) CareFlite 5 has launched to Kirkland Rd. for a reported snake bit. This is near Alvarado Lake.

UPDATE – CareFlite 5 was disregarded by the CareFlite ground crew.

Vehicle Rollover / Triple CareFlite Helicopter Response (Cooke County, Gainesville) Three CareFlite helicopters have been requested to the scene of a vehicle rollover accident down an embankment near I35 and Weaver St. Reported vehicle rolled multiple times, at least 2 patients critical condition.

UPDATE – Command is canceling the 3rd aircraft, 1st aircraft is double loading — taking 2 patients.

Denton Co (Hickory Creek) 2 Alarm Structure Fire – 50 Hidden Hills Rd. Lake Cities FD on scene requesting a 2nd Alarm for a residential fire. Having water supply issues. Mutual aid responding from Lewisville, Little Elm, Flower Mound, and Highland Village.
