PHI (Pantego) PHI Med 8 has been launched to the Kroger in Pantego at Bowen and Norwood for an unknown type medical incident.
UPDATE – Arlington PD advising it is an impalement injury to a child. Reported to be impaled by a fork. Child has been taken to Cook Children’s Fort Worth by PHI Med 8. Thanks to Robyn Coffey for this picture:
