Injury from Horse (Southlake) Engine 401, Medic 401 are working an incident involving a patient injured from a fall from a horse along the shoreline at Grapevine Lake. Engine 401 requesting Careflite to the scene. FD had difficult access making it to the scene by foot. Landing zone will be along the shoreline approx 1 mile west of Meadowmere
