Fatality Major Accident (Hill Co, Itasca) DPS is investigating a fatality accident that took place a little earlier this morning, 18 wheeler vs vehicle on FM 66 east of Itasca. 18 wheeler driver flown to Harris Fort Worth, occupant of vehicle is deceased. Major damage to both semi and vehicle.
