Fall/Rescue (Ft Worth)

PIC – A little earlier this morning, Fort Worth FD and PD as well as MedStar EMS and CareFlite air all responded to a long fall off a cliff at Lake Worth. It was reported that the individual fell approximately 40-45 feet down an embankment. The patient was rescued and airlifted to Harris downtown. There was also a firefighter injured while rescuing the patient. The firefighter was ground transported to Harris.
  

2 Alarm Fire (Arlington)

Pantego Quint 1, Arlington Truck 1 on scene with heavy smoke showing from a house in the 3000 block of Friendswood Drive near Lynnwood Drive. Pantego Quint 1 advising of a working fire, requesting 2nd alarm response.

Update – Pantego Quint 1 advising fire in the attic. Engine 1 is pulling a line. Primary searches in progress.

Auto Pedestrian (Dallas)

Dallas PD is on scene of an auto pedestrian accident with patient found in the 8300 block of Foxwood Lane. Rescue 34 is ground transporting, patient has major injuries. The accident reportedly occurred near Lake June Rd and Holcomb Rd. 

Accident w/ Entrapment (Weatherford)

Weatherford FD, two Lifecare ambulances and law enforcement on scene of a major accident with entrapment at FM 51 N and Ric Williamson Memorial Highway. Lifecare first checked on scene with a pickup truck vs 18 wheeler, major damage with 1 trapped. Extended extrication has been in progress for several minutes. Air Evac 55 out of Mineral Wells has been launched to the scene. Lifecare is ground transporting a patient, serious injuries to Cook Children’s with firefighter on board to assist in patient care.

Update – Air Evac 55 off the scene headed to JPS.

Fatality Accident (Ft Worth)

Fort Worth FD and PD, Arlington FD and PD, Arlington EMS and MedStar EMS are on the scene of a major crash involving at least one vehicle on fire at E Lancaster Ave/W Division St near the Green Oaks Blvd/Dottie Lynn Parkway overpass. MedStar confirms a single fatality at the scene as well as one person with critical injuries. Air medical has been launched to the scene and will be landing in the roadway. It’s best to avoid this scene.

Update – Air medical was canceled.
