High Water Incidents (Dallas)
Areas are: Uptown, White Rock, LBJ/Coit, NW Hwy/Harry Hines. There are other high water areas. Rescues have been reported in these areas. Remember turn around, do not go through closed road signs, and if possible stay off the roads.
