Vehicle/Foot Pursuit (Hill/Johnson counties)
Hill County sheriffs were pursuing a truck when it wrecked out off CR 1106 near CR 1223 in Rio Vista (Johnson County). Suspect fled on foot. Officers are checking on the availability of K-9 and a DPS helicopter to assist with the search.
Update – White male possibly wearing a hoodie is the best description the officer could see. DPS chopper en route.
Update – Suspect located and is in custody. Great job to HCSO and all assisting agencies.
