Battalion 185, Engine 185, and others are on scene of a structure fire in the 100 block of Peacock Street. Reported to be a church building on fire.

Quint 4, Medic 7, Rescue 1, Battalion 2, and Frisco PD are on scene of a major accident at Dallas Parkway and Eldorado Parkway. Extrication in progress.

Springtown FD, Lifecare EMS, and others are on scene of a major accident on W Highway 199 near Old Agnes Road. CareFlite has been launched to the scene. Reported to be a possible rollover and patient trapped.

CareFlite has lifted from the scene of a reported pediatric trauma/fall injury in the 4500 block of Pear Ridge Drive. Dallas Fire-Rescue landed CareFlite in the area of Haverwood Lane and Dallas Parkway. CareFlite is airlifting one patient to Children’s Dallas.

Cresson Chief 30 is on scene of a reported rollover accident in the 18000 block of US-377 near Yellow Stone Road. One vehicle rollover. Possible ejection. CareFlite helicopter has been placed on standby. Lifecare EMS and multiple law enforcement are also working this scene.

Multiple departments have been working a structure fire in Ferris on Palmyra Road. Ferris FD, Bristol FD, Red Oak FD, and Wilmer FD all assigned.

Flower Mound FD is landing PHI Med 10 in the area of Flower Mound High School to airlift out a patient from a nearby medical situation. Medic 503 is ground transporting the patient now to the landing zone. AVOID this area.

Azle FD, Lifecare EMS, and multiple law-enforcement are working a reported stabbing incident in the 500 block of Dunaway Ln. Air medical has been launched to the scene for one patient with major injuries.
