Major Accident (Arlington)
Engine 12, Medic 14, and Arlington PD are on scene of a major accident westbound I20 just before Collins Street. One person down in the roadway. PHI Med 8 was on standby, but EMS will be ground transporting to MCA, CPR in progress.
