Frisco Police investigating death of a child as possible murder-suicide attempt
The Frisco Police and Fire departments responded to a welfare concern Saturday evening just before 6pm in the 15200 block of Preachers Lane near Eldorado Parkway and Independence Parkway.
Upon arrival, officers located a deceased child and an injured female inside of a parked vehicle. The female is reported to be the mother of the deceased child. She was transported to the hospital where she remains in unknown condition.
An official release by police reveals they are investigating this isolated incident as a homicide/suicide attempt. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
