UPDATE: Twin-engine airplane crashes into hangar at Addison Airport

As we posted earlier this morning, Addison FD and multiple other departments responded to a fire at the Addison Airport. An Alert 3, or report of an aircraft down, was also dispatched.
According to the latest update from the FAA, a twin-engine Beechcraft BE-58 King Air airplane crashed into a hangar just after taking off from Addison Airport.
The number of people on board the aircraft is undetermined at this time. The hangar was not occupied.
FAA and NTSB will be investigating.
The crash sparked a major fire inside of the building.
