UPDATE: Man dies in Forest Hill shooting
The Forest Hill Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal shooting last night in the 6800 block of Wagonet Road.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and located an individual seriously injured from a gunshot wound. MedStar transported the patient to JPS with life-threatening injuries.
According to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office, he died at JPS shortly after arriving at the facility. He has been identified as a 25-year-old male who lived at the residence where this took place.
The investigation is still ongoing.
