Driver dies after single-vehicle crash in Keller
The Keller Police Department is investigating a major accident with fatality that occurred earlier this morning on N. Tarrant Parkway near Lakeview Drive.
Keller police and fire/EMS all responded to the scene of a single-vehicle crash before 7:30AM this morning. One vehicle was located with major damage. The vehicle reportedly crashed into a power pole and hit a wall. A power outage was reported in the area.
Investigators were called to the scene for an accident investigation. Westbound lanes of Tarrant Parkway were closed while police investigated the scene.
Police do confirm the driver and sole occupant died. High speeds and wet roads are contributing factors, police say.
