Armed fugitive shot, killed by Dallas PD outside Children’s Medical Center

At around 10:00pm on Wednesday evening, the Dallas Police Department and their fugitive team were conducting an investigation and tracked a suspect in a vehicle outside Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.

The suspect barricaded himself in a vehicle at 1934 Medical District Drive.

Officers used tear gas in an effort to get the suspect out of the vehicle. He exited the vehicle armed with a gun, and pointed it at officers. Officers opened fire and killed the suspect.

Police have labeled him as a “wanted suspect.”

No officers were injured.

The incident remains under investigation.
