Investigation (Arlington) Reported shooting victim found deceased in a vehicle near I20 and Park Springs. Reported to be off the roadway.

8900 C F Hawn Freeway – Dallas Fire Rescue Engine 51 is on scene with an unknown size grass fire at the listed location. Engine 51 has requested two Boosters, a Truck company and a Battalion Chief. Booster 51, Booster 54, Truck 34 and Battalion 8 are responding to assist. Use caution in the area.

Vehicle into House (Ft Worth) Engine 24, Quint 24 along with MedStar and FWPD are working an accident involving a vehicle into a house in the 1700 block of Muse Street. Vehicle possibly took out a gas meter at the location as well. FD/MedStar checking for injuries at this time. A2

Motorcycle Accident (Hill County) PHI Med 8 has landed at the scene of a reported motorcycle accident on FM 934 outside of Osceola, TX about 3 miles west.

Accident (Ft Worth) Engine 15 along with MedStar and FWPD are working a major accident in the 3000 block of NW 29th street. FD reported a T-Bone accident with three patients. Requesting second Ambulance to the scene. A2

Structure Fire (Wise Co. – Boonesville) Boonesville FD on scene of a fully involved mobile home 1 mile East of Boonesville on CR3655. Requesting additional Engine and Tanker mutual aid. A3

Major Accident (Lewisville) 100 Block of E. Round Grove Rd. – M163 and E163 on scene with a motorcycle that was struck by a vehicle. Motorcycle rider is on the ground. M163 requesting CareFlite to the scene. Battalion 160 enroute to assist with landing zone. A3

UPDATE – Air Medical just canceled due to extended ETA. Medic 163 will be ground transporting to Parkland.

Injury from Horse (Southlake) Engine 401, Medic 401 are working an incident involving a patient injured from a fall from a horse along the shoreline at Grapevine Lake. Engine 401 requesting Careflite to the scene. FD had difficult access making it to the scene by foot. Landing zone will be along the shoreline approx 1 mile west of Meadowmere

Accident (North Richland Hills) Engine 222, Medic 222 along with NRHPD are working a major accident on east bound Northeast Loop 820 at Rufe Snow. PD is shutting down east bound traffic. FD having to access the accident going west in the east bound lanes. A2
