PIC – Fort Worth FD is on scene of a vehicle that crashed through an automotive shop in the 5000 block of E. Lancaster Ave. Engine 24, Engine 14, Rescue 14, Battalion 4, Squad 2, Support 2, and Quint 24 all on scene. Unknown injuries.
Quint 6 is on scene of a major accident at S Collins and Arbrook, requesting extrication response. Battalion 2 and Engine 6 responding to assist.

Multiple FDs are working a large structure fire near Hwy 171 and Private Road 417. Reports of a fully involved large two story structure fire. Itasca FD is in command.
Engine 10, Medic 10 on scene with fire showing from a house in the 300 block of Sheridan Trail. Working fire.
Structure Fire (Arlington) Engine 13 is on scene with heavy fire and smoke showing from a large commercial junk yard building near the 7700 block of US 287. Kennedale FD is also on scene. Engine 13 requested a full 2 alarm response while responding to the fire.
Elmo FD, CareFlite ground EMS, and law enforcement on scene of a reported rollover accident with possible ejection along westbound I20 just before CR 310. Two helicopters have been launched to the scene. Expect major delays. All lanes closed.
Update – CareFlite 6 airlifting to Baylor Dallas. Injury to arm. No major injuries noted. CareFlite 8 is also airlifting to Baylor Dallas. Unknown patient details.

Auto / Bicycle (Haltom City) Quint 472, Truck 471, Battalion 47 along with HCPD and MedStar are working an accident involving a vehicle vs bicycle in the 6100 block of East Belknap Street. Quint 472 advising significant damage to a bicycle and patient with serious injuries. A2
Accident w/Extrication (Ft Worth) Engine 23, Quint 23 along with MedStar and FWPD are working a major accident at the intersection of Cherry Lane and Interstate 30. Station 23 units just completed extrication on one occupant. A2
Bus Accident (Ft Worth) Engine 11 along with MedStar are working a multi vehicle accident including one bus involved in the 2000 block of Highway 114 near Northwest ISD. Engine 11 advising of possibly three patients on the bus, one with serious, one with moderate injuries. Rescue 38, Engine 38 just arrived to assist. A2
