Driver runs red light at high speed, hits vehicle, killing other driver in Dallas
The Dallas Police Department is investigating a fatality crash involving three vehicles that occurred overnight around 1:30AM at the intersection of W. Camp Wisdom Road and Clark Road.
Police say a woman was driving westbound on Camp Wisdom when she was t-boned by another driver who ran the red light at high speeds. The crash occurred in the intersection at Camp Wisdom and Clark roads.
The impact caused the victim’s vehicle to collide with a third vehicle sitting at the red light.
The driver and passenger(s) inside the vehicle that ran the red light fled from the scene on foot and have not been located.
The driver who was t-boned died in the crash. A passenger in the vehicle was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The accident remains under investigation at this time.
