Man arrested for capital murder after three people found dead in Celina home

The Celina Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred Friday evening at a two story house in the 3100 block of Hickory Lane.
Multiple emergency responders were dispatched to the scene around 7:19pm for reports of a shooting and house fire. When firefighters arrived, they located heavy fire showing from the two story home. Firefighters made entry into the house after there were reports of multiple people inside. They located three people deceased inside the home.
Police have not stated how the three victims died, but there was a report of a shooting at the home.
The homeowner, 38-year-old Michael Paton, was arrested, according to records from the Collin County jail. He has been booked on multiple counts of Capital Murder of Multiple Persons. His bond has been set at $1,500,000.
The details of the incident are currently under investigation, but initial information indicates this may have been a domestic situation.
Identities of the victims have not yet been released.
